    干冰清洗機的工作原理

    干冰清洗機的工作原理與噴鋼砂、噴塑料砂及噴蘇打相似,在干冰清洗作業時噴射介質干冰顆粒在高壓氣流中加速,通過噴嘴噴出,沖擊待清洗表面。干冰清洗機的獨特之處在于干冰顆粒在沖擊瞬間氣化。干冰的動量在沖擊瞬間消失。干冰顆粒與清洗表面間迅速發生熱交換,致使固體CO2(二氧化碳)迅速升華變為氣體。
     
    干冰與其它噴射介質不同,干冰顆粒的特點是溫度極低(-78℃),當其氣化后會吸收大量熱量。這種低溫效果使干冰清洗機具有獨特的熱力學特性,從而影響粘附污垢的機械性能。由于干冰顆粒與清洗表面間的溫度相差很大,所以會發生熱沖擊現象。污垢層的溫度降低后,脆性就會增大,隨后干冰顆粒就能將污垢層沖擊破碎。 (圖/文www.bqhi.tw)
